That was fun. I got to run with Joey - and we really could have just kept running and running except that I had a pedicure appointment so I needed to get back.

Here's when I wasn't quite recovered from our vacation. I couldn't go very far, but I did speed up quite a bit. Nice to know that at a mile, I can go much faster. Some day, I'd like to run a 5K in under 30 minutes.
